How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
As all prints are made to order, we work on a 1–3 working day turnaround for sizes A4 — A3 prints, and a 1–4 working day turnaround for sizes A2+ prints.
Can I frame my print(s)?
We’re not currently offering framed prints; however, we do make some exceptions. Please email us at [email protected] to discuss.
Can I send the prints as a gift to a friend or loved one?
Yes, of course! In fact, a significant portion of the prints purchased from Dstinct Prints are sent as gifts. It’s a lovely way to remind that special person that you really care about them. At the checkout, you can tick the box titled ‘this order is a gift’ as well as adding a personalised gift message.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
Uh oh! Mistakes are rare but they happen. If you’ve received the wrong order, please get in touch via email with a photo of the incorrect print, and we’ll send a new order as soon as we get the chance, no need to return the incorrect one!
It’s been longer than the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, we would first advise tracking your order with the tracking number provided. Secondly, we would advise getting in touch with your local depot to see if they are holding it. If they do not have your order, please then get in touch with us via email, and we'll track it down, offer you a refund, or send a new order.
Can I return my print?
Unfortunately, as all prints are made to order, we do not accept any returns. If there is something wrong with your print(s) or you’ve received the incorrect order, please get in contact via email, and we will sort the issue out as soon as we get the chance.
How will my order be wrapped?
To ensure your prints arrive in the best condition possible, sizes A5 — A3 prints are wrapped between thick pieces of card to prevent any dents or bending with a waterproof wrapping. Sizes A2+ prints arrive in a solid cylinder postal tube which has a waterproof coating.
